Rachel started her career like many aspiring colorists, in her kitchen without a license! Don't worry, she did eventually get one! In 2007, after the kitchen sink, she went on to become a licensed barber through the apprentice program. She became a National Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems in 2015. During her tenor as an educator, she won two coveted Vanguard Education Awards: the "Extra Mile Award" in 2016 and the "Paul Mitchell Memorial Award" in 2018. She thoroughly enjoys traveling to share her wisdom, passion and creativity with others. She best describes her teaching approach as informative and inspiring.
